In October we celebrate ALL the inspiring and fearless women who fight every day to live the life they want and how they want it. Women who are struggling with cancer, recovering from cancer or cancer-free. Wanna be part of the movement?
Cancer survivors, family members, caregivers, and medical professionals have a chance to share their perspectives on how cancer impacts their lives. Share a story and educate, enrich, and inspire others.
Pink is the color for this October’s campaign. Rummage through your closets and pull out pink everything — sweaters, scarves, hats, gloves, entire outfits — even wigs! Send us your Pink Picture and together we can get involved in the fight against breast cancer.
October is the primary fundraising month for Breast Cancer Awareness. It all helps to fund cancer research. CYSM contribute 5% of earnings of the whole year to the National Breast Cancer Foundation, INC.

1. Lying Down
Lie on your back with a pillow under your shoulder and your hand under your head. With your fingers make circles follow an up and down over the entire breast area. Repeat movements in both breast.
2. In The Mirror
In front of the mirror, check for any changes
in the normal look and feel of your breasts, such as dimpling or nipple discharge.
Inspect arms at sides, arms overhead, firmly pressing hands-on-hips and bending forward.
3. While Bathing
With your right arm raised, check your right breast with a soapy left hand and fingers flat using small circular motions from outside to the center. Repeat on the other side.
