all orders shipped with UPS include tracking for both national and international shipments. orders shipped with USPS may or may not include tracking depending on the service selected at checkout. tracking information will be sent via email at the end of the shipping date. Lost package when dealing with a lost package. we will help the customer with their claim to UPS or USPS. in the event that we are able to determine that the package was not delivered or deliver incorrectly, we will immediately process a replacement and handle the claim on our end. |
