Just write down the style name, color and size you would like on the exchange form. We will ship for FREE within the USA and typically takes about 3-5 days to be processed. If exchange items are not in stock, we'll notify you via email.

 

PLEASE NOTE:

For hygiene purposes, we do not accept  exchanges of panties and boxers except when there is a manufacturing defect

What You Can Exchange:

Clothing  and Shapewear that still has the tags intact and has not been washed or worn. You have 30 days (60 days for international customers) to return these items to our LA location for an exchange. Items returned in poor condition or returned after the 30-day mark will be shipped back to you.

What You Can’t Exchange:

Anything that has been washed, worn, had the tags removed, has animal hair or smoke smell. Sale items; all sale items are final sale only. Panties and Boxers are not accepted as exchange unless they have manufacture defect

Click on the links above to keep shopping and make a note on your return form if you would like to exchange for anything else. Exchange items ship for free 7-10 days after your return is received. Make sure to include the style, color name and size of the exchange item you are looking for.

 

HOW TO SEND BACK FOR EXCHANGE

Exchange Form:

Simply click the link to the Exchange form. Enter your order number, name and email, write the product you would like to exchange and click send. We will contact you on your email and confirm the exchange

Mailing Back
You can ship your item back any way you want! Many of our customers choose to use services from USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ship their packages back. These are the quickest and most reliable ways to return you package but we always recommend getting tracking on your package no matter what service you use.  

International Customers:

Shipping refunds are not provided for customers outside the USA. Please follow the steps above to ship the package back yourself; and mail back to our address below noted above. International customers have 60 days to exchange products. 

Once We Get It Back:

Once your return package has been received by our  department. your  exchange will be processed in the order it was received. Processing can take up to 7-10 days.
